Spirit Barrage icon

Tell me how to make an icon with the number of Spirit Barrage with the rune Phantasm with a ShowTimeLeft?
PartyBuffConfigPlugin.cs - doesnt have this run

Shows if a Phantasm is active when Gazing Demise is equipped
*However, does not show duration or stacks passed 1 - Hopefully someone can make a plugin to achieve this

Add to PluginEnablerOrDisablerPlugin.cs:
