Explanation of each plugin

Guys,

Just downloaded this great hud, but it's all a bit too crazy. I've figured out how to disable plugins I don't want, but most of them are somewhat vague and I'm not sure what I would be disabling. I've looked for a sticky somewhere, and I'm sure I've overlooked it, but I was hoping to find a page that describes what each plugin does so that I can know exactly what I will be disabling.
