Material_Tracker standalone program/file

Hello, I am not a programmer or know how to code which is why i am making this post. I am looking to make an application that uses the same idea/layout as InventoryMaterialCountPlugin.cs from THUD and be able to (in real time) keep track of my materials in game without having to open my materials tab only looking over to my second monitor and being able to see the information. I was wondering if someone could 1 up it and make it similar to Hearthstone's Deck Tracker but as a .exe file. The layout i was thinking is [icon] <item name>: {amount} for greater rift keys, bounty mats, normal mats (reusable parts, veiled crystal, arcane dust, deaths breath, forgotten souls), hellfire mats. While keeping the same theme as the Materials Tab in-game as close to possible.
