How to add sound alert for specific CoE timing

Try to help one of my friend. He want to add a sound alert for certain timing of CoE. You can imagine the use case is about trying play starpact in a better calibration with CoE. Could someone please shed a light on how to make it happen?

I have written this kind of helper for me.

CoE is a bit different because you might be only interested in certain elements.
I am using DAV COE.
