that's not HUD's bug, it is some kind of DX issue (SharpDX is handling DX problems very badly)
Do not send me private messages unless it is absolutely necessary or the content is sensitive or when I ask you to do that...

If it helps, I get that exception when I start D3 and run TH before D3 is finished loading.
