Can anyone help me find a Bane of the Stricken plugin!

Hey guys! New to turboHUD and I am rediscovering the game again with it. I've always wondered why bane of the stricken doesn't have a counter anywhere and was hoping to find a plugin for it. Any chance someone can help me out? There has to be one out there is my guess and if there wasn't would it be hard to make one? Greatly appreciated thanks!!
