as the title suggest ; Can u guys suggest me the best plugin to use in combine with a wizard?
like the best one to understand how far i need to stay for dealing more damage ecc

I don't know much about wizards but I assume that most that applies to general gameplay is useful and besides build specific mechanics its all about your skill rotation and cooldown management as usual.
I complement UI with standard CooldownSoundPlayerPlugin, like for the Demon Hunter Natalya Marauder Sentry Build:

I found this plugin to be quite useful to show cooldown info in more prominent place: [ENG] Combin Plugin of Party Cooldown & Archon Downtime.
