To put TurboHud in German ??

Hello I have a question how can I change turbohud in German? can one tell me exactly?
because where to surround it I have found but I do not quite understand how I have to announce that.

Rename \data\selected_language_example.txt to \data\selected_language.txt open this file and set language to deDE, at this moment all international plugins will use DE language (some may still be in english, but most will)
