Lf Gogok Plugin

Im looking for a simple gogok plugin or command line(just say where to paste) that shows me my gogok under my character, just like i often saw it with focus+restraint

Didn't test it yet but sounds like what I wanted.
Just a quick learn for me if I want something else there or besides the gogok I just need to find out what id? That buff is like gogok 403464
