Not the Cow Level pools vs Nephalem rift pools

    Hi
I did some timing with my paragon 1100 WW barb running Not the Cow Levels and regular Nephalem rifts to get pools (Pool of Reflection).
Time is about the same but cow level is a bit faster and guarantees two pools under 5 minutes even if you kill almost everything.
I haven't tested just running to the pools and grabbing them, must be at least 50% faster.

Running Nephalem rifts takes just over 5 mins to get two pools on average. Boss kill is about 2 min but often you do not get pools until boss is killed and you run to the end or quit after you got two pools.

I'm augmenting my gear and do "gem up" runs with at least 1-2 full pools. XP is about 400 bn/h for the runs which is IMO quite good.

AFAIK best place to look for shrines is Leoric's Manor Courtyard.
It contains 12 possible spawn locations so chances for one Pool of Reflection is good.
I try to check it every time I log in.

is there a thud plugin that shows where potential shrines are like you have in that pic you linked?

shrine spots and pool spots are the same spots?

Nope. I quit developing it as it did not seem worth the effort. Nobody wants to run around for PoolOfReflections too long.
Speed running Nephalem rifts (to the end) is IMO more efficient to get 1-2, sometimes 0 pools.
