you can configure your buff panel, if it sees deathwish as a buff i don't know. as for etched sigil it's every 1.5s or 1500ms. every 4s or 4000ms you should recast meteor manually for tal rasha buff. just press the button when you teleport to a pack before you hold down left click, ez mode.
