Can anyone make a plugin that shows the top of the screen the icon of the readiness of the passive "Firebird`Finery" (2 item set) ?

You can somehow remake this plugin PartyCooldownsPlugin to track wiz.jpg ?

If you're on monk or necro you can see proc icon behind wizard's portrait (behind of coe cooldowns), no ?
