Blizzard tolerates TurboHUD without saying it,
It's like a game of "I won't see you if you're not too visible", TurboHUD users have to be discrete (no leader boards, no promotion on their forums and hide yourself a minimum).

Blizzard won't ban you unless you publicly talk about it.

I'm using turbohud for years, always on top 5 with multiple solo classes and 4players. I just execute turbohud on my main windows account and that's all.
