[REQUEST] Updating Crusader Plugin

was super useful but outdated now. Could someone plz fix / improve it ? As the author doesn't reply and seem to have abandoned it.

1) Please make Valor 4 piece bonus show the bonus stacks with a small timer on the icon (same as buff icon D3 shows by default just above the skillbar). Now it shows the number of Fist of Heaven actors which is kinda useless. And moreover the player doesn't see if the 4p set bonus is active or not !
2) The plugin works only with Fissure rune on Fist of Heaven. Please fix for it to work with any rune
3) Add the Steed Charge buff ( the 2 piece set Flail of the Charge).
