I put this in PlayerLeftBuffListPlugin

Hud.RunOnPlugin<PlayerLeftBuffListPlugin>(plugin=>{

                plugin.RuleCalculator.SizeMultiplier = 0.85f;
                plugin.BuffPainter.Opacity = 1.0f;

                plugin.RuleCalculator.Rules.Add(new BuffRule(475243) { IconIndex = 1,  ShowTimeLeft = true }); // Steuart's Greaves

            });

But is's not working. I did try the iconindex from 1 to 8 . no clue
