REQUEST: Chat key word monitor

I tried to do this last season, but I'm no good at coding from scratch.

I'm looking for a working chat monitoring plugin that will make a text-to-speech announcement when a key word is entered in chat. Specifically, I'd like a warning message when anyone in the party engages a Rainbow Goblin. I'm thinking that you could make it configurable on the key words that it triggers on, but even if it's hard coded for the word "rainbow", that would be fine for me.

As it have the main parts of processing chat message, just use text-to-speech to replace the original chat logging

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm no where NEAR being a programmer, so most of that is greek to me.

I'm looking for something that just monitors the chat for a key word or words (maybe configurable) that when it is used in chat, makes a sound, speaks, or shows a warning on the screen.

I know there are some fantastic programmers on here because I've seen their code and it's amazing! I'm hopeful that one of them can either write something or even modify something like what you suggested that is much closer to what I am looking for.

No. RNN made EXACTLY what I was looking for. It monitors the chat text for a word (it is configurable so you cam make it look for exact words) and it speaks a configurable word when it finds the triggered word in chat. It's perfect!
