Updated:
1. Added .wav sound for Ready and changed beep sound for Attack
- default folder is "D:/Game/TurboD3/sounds/notification_10.wav". (need to replace it with your preferred one)
2. Adjusted a timer
3. Fixed not to sound after IsGuardianDead
Download the latest source code

Fixed.
The cause of the errors comes from that for me I'm using Korean and for the posting here, I use popup functions for English.
Let me know if you find any errors.
Download again the first file of the two above.

I can't see no reason why. Let me see the original exception messages.
Here namespace means a unique name of a plugin programmer to organize its many classes.

I do not get that error, but ...
Code:
ReadyToAttack.SoundLocation = "D:/Game/TurboD3/sounds/notification_10.wav";
it must be replaced by this
Code:
ReadyToAttack.SoundLocation = "sounds/notification_10.wav";
And in this code I think you've exchanged the messages, I understand that they should go backwards
Code:
if (Speak)
{
Hud.Sound.Speak("Attack Instructions start!");
//Hud.Sound.Speak("공격 안내 시작!");
Speak = false;
} else
{
Hud.Sound.Speak("Attack Instructions end!");
//Hud.Sound.Speak("공격 안내 끝!");
Speak = true;
}
if Speak is set to False -> instructions end

Thanks for that information.
I replaced it with "sounds/notification_10.wav"
BTW, can you be more specific? what should go backwards?

I mean you should exchange the messages "Attack Instructions start!" and "Attack Instructions end!"
Code:
if (Speak)
{
Hud.Sound.Speak("Attack Instructions start!");
Speak = false;
} else
{
Hud.Sound.Speak("Attack Instructions end!");
Speak = true;
}
to
Code:
if (Speak)
{
Hud.Sound.Speak("Attack Instructions end!");
Speak = false;
} else
{
Hud.Sound.Speak("Attack Instructions start!");
Speak = true;
}

Updated as you said:
1. Numpad 8: Popup windows on/off
2. Numpad 9: Sound and Beep on/off
Default: both are On

With "sounds/notification_10.wav", I got a compile error.
Did you check that yourself and had no errors?
Anyway, if you got an error, just put the full path file name.

I found the popup windows cover a part of the screen that contains information.
I adjusted opacity of the popup windows.
Download both of the two files again.
If you're not satisfied with it, you can replace the opacity and/or the position of the windows with your preferred ones.
At present the opacity(alpha) is changed from 200 to 100. With this you can see the background to some extent.
You can change the opacity and the position from PopupMsgPlugin.cs file.
