TPM ~ TurboHUD Plugin Manager V1.0.3
TurboHUD Plugin Manager V1.0.3
Alright so this is a simple plugin manager that allows you to enable/disable plugins. I might give it the ability to customize more options, but I want to see how this is received first.
It's been tested with v8.0 & v9.0, but it should work with most versions of TurboHUD.
What it Does
On first launch it will load all your plugin defaults, and create a new file plugins/User/PluginManagerPlugin.cs (the database). As you change your preferences, the program will update the database. This file is executed by TurboHUD, and will enable/disable your plugins depending on what you've chosen in TPM.
Note that this program ignores plugins stored in the plugins/User directory. So if you have plugins being enabled/disabled by another plugin, I recommend you remove those lines and let TPM manage them to avoid confusion down the line.
Features
Potential Upcoming Features
- Save/load plugin choices as profiles (accomplished right now by copying plugins/User/PluginManagerPlugin.cs)
- Change plugin options
- Load plugin metadata (descriptions, screenshots, etc.)
- TreeView to make navigating large amount of plugins easier
- Retrieve plugin information from namespace (so parsing errors don't arise from case-sensitive directory names)
Updates
- [BUG] Fix bug where default plugin settings don't load (v1.0.3)
- [CHANGE] Retrieve plugin name from class name, making the parser less sensitive to invalid file names (v1.0.2)
- [CHANGE] Retain focus of plugin list to allow quick enable/disable of plugins (v1.0.1)
Screenshots
Downloads
Make sure you place the exe outside of the TurboHUD directory.

Savvy ? 🐒
Thanks for the work.
Decompiled source looks like legit (without any malicious behavior)
But can you please give a source link?
Edit: btw, you should specify to 'install' it outside hud folder ;p

Sure! I wasn't planning on making it open-source, but to put minds at ease, I'll look into getting it up on Github!

I'm not sure what you mean! You should be able to put the exe anywhere you'd like! The zip contains just one file, and only checks the plugins folder after being told where it is!

Any exe inside Hud folder will cause it to not start
And be sure someone will unzip your tool there ^^

Alrighty! The source code is now in the original post, along with a small notice informing people to place the exe outside of the TurboHUD directory . I hope that's good!

I'm going to test this out.. looks like an awesome addition. Biggest thing i want to know but will find out myself soon.. id if i need to kill/restart TurboHud to make the activated / deactivated plugins take effect.. or does this actively turn them on and off withing TurboHud as its running... we'll see... but even if not.. still amazing. If only for the ability to enable/disable plugins that might have features overlapping / messing up other plugins i use... great diagnostic tool.
