hello , when i install this plugin , i can no longer see players markers plugin (pulsating rings on other players) , i don't get any exceptions so i don't know where is conflict ..

that is because resu' plugin "Hud.TogglePlugin<OtherPlayersPlugin>(false); // disables OtherPlayersPlugin"

and classmarker by psycho doesn't add its own, it customizes OtherPlayersPlugin.

Workaround to display other player's heroes' heads by sex on minimap
Note : Other player's heroes will have to be on screen once to be identified as female characters.

That's not an error, It's just a warning, the plugin should work properly.
I will have a look though.

You mean for the hero you play ?
If I do that you will lose the direction arrow .
Now that I think of it, the direction can be indicated by the target of HuntersVengeancePlugin ...
If that's what you want I can add an option to display your heroe's head .
