Are you sure about 5288 ?
The name seems very odd : 'shoulderPads' Oo

I'm not ok with these :

These are really clickable doors. (vault passage and greed portal)

I made an update to the plugin to expose the blacklist as customization, if you want to blacklist them anyway :
