so im been farming act 3 for a long time and all iv seen is up to a 1201 damage 2h sword drop anyclue were the 1300+ bows crossbows drop?

all about luck i droped 1350 dps blue xbow from white mob in act 3 in battlefields (was just killing some annoying mobs who blocked way)

As previous guy stated, it's all about luck. Your 1201 dps weapon could have possibly been a 1300k+ dps weapon.
The odds, however, are against you. Since you need to first get the ilvl62/63 weapon. Then you need to get atleast 2 specific stats. (the highest kind ofElemental damage (or simply + min/max damage) and/or +% of damage, and/or +% of speed) If you are lucky enough to get all 3 of those, you still need to hope that they are good. I.e you can get 300-600 holy damage on the weapon. But if you only get 10% extra dmg, its still not good enough.
So the only thing you could do is keep farming, getting those ilvl 63 weapons, And hope for great stats.
