What's the hud / hack scene TLDR now for d3?

Haven't been on D3 in many years. Might reinstall. Just curious, what's the current state of tools / hacks in this game?

I assume there's still some version of a HUD - does it offer preload alerts? It would be cool to know when entering a rift if Goblins were in the zone or something important like that.
Having not played in many years, I can't really say what a good feature would be, but I'd be interested to hear what's currently out there. Thanks

EDIT: Oh, is there a program that will auto cast my skills? Like I need a skill repeat cast every second or every 5 seconds. It would be good to have an ahk or macro or something to activate when I enter rift...
