Item text color editing

Hello, I've been wondering if there is some way to change the text color of the items

I am colorblind and have great problems of identificating Unique items with normal items...

I've found few files in the ClientData.mpq which could hold the color of these items but I cant get closer into the files because they are having "unknown" file extension and I cant find anywhere something that could open it...

Can someone help?
