RMAH account outside your own region?

Hi there.
The question is pretty self explenatory. Is it possible to set up an account to be able to access the us rmah from europe and via versa? And if so how big of a chance is there of Blizzard actually figuring it out and moving against it?

I guess one would need to use a VPN and get a hold of an USA based prepaidcard. What about the paypal account, could i just link to my main account? I guess it would have to be us based too?

They dont take internet numbers and forwardings.
So you need acces to telephone (and roaing) from country you want to register.
Paypal on fake name (blizz compare names from blizz account and paypal account) is easy - just use internet credit card to veryfi.
Token - you may use PC version, but hard part is that you need cell phone to confirm each auction (only few times from specific computer, and each time you change computer).

I'm able to view the eu/asia rmah from my account, i havent tried buying stuff from there yet.

Ty for the answers. How do i set up a fake Paypal account, what exactly do you mean with using a internet creditcard to verify? I assume the paypal account itself needs to be verivied?

For me it was realy easy.
Of course if you have new Diablo 3 you can youse your girl/wife/brother etc. but i buy used ones so need to have paypal acount on that specific name and surname.
Making paypal - sure easy, but you need to veryfi.
Im able to make internet credit card - its virtually and only when you make it - you use your own data.
Then you make annonymous card. But even annonymous card is succesfuly veryfied by paypal.
So 3 $ later i had verified account.

Of course you need to find bank that make internet virtual visa cards.

Can someone explain me how to setup a fake paypal account?
I just found out that i have to connect through a proxy/vpn from the us. Then use a fake name generator, open up some sort of bankaccount using that fake name in the us in order to verify the account. That sounds pretty bold to me, cant you get in trouble for doing so? And transfering the money from the fake one to my own should go through without a problem? Wouldnt they spot the fake one sooner or later? And in that case i guess my main account runs in danger of beeing shut down too? Seems to me this would be very easy to pick up by paypal, just limit accounts that never had any deposits from their bank and watch etrade etc closely...

You cant just call a bank and make an account in foreign country.
Other thing, what the heck is this blizzard checks names of account. I can tell you I had a paypal linked to my main which was banned. I have now linked the same paypal to a friends account that I bought. I have received transactions on it too. WHy would they ever give a **** wht paypal name you use.

So I will explain it in a few easy steps ...

Before we start make sure you are using a US IP ..
u can use a VPN or an RDP .. I don't know if proxies works I haven't tried that ..

Of course as u know u need a bank account or u need to put ur credit card info before you will be able to Verify a Credit Card ..
The idea is to make a bank account, with a fake name and fake everything ..

first go to Generate a Random Name - Fake Name Generator

choose any American identity ..
u will get all the details you need .. (Fname, Lname, Adress, SSN ...)

now after choosing ur identity, go to this website:
http://www.etrade.com

Click on OPEN AN ETRADE ACCOUNT in top of the login form

Apply for a free 60 days trial E*TRADE brokerage account ..

choose these options:
1. Individual account
2. Ca$h account only

Continue > Im new to eTrade ..

Start filling your details exactly like u have them on the fake name generator ..

Next Next Next bla bla ..

In the last page they will ask you if you want a username and password .. choose yes and create them .. and congrats u have a bank account with a fake name .. u should find your account number when u login .

okey, go to ur paypal account, or sign up with the same details on fakenamegerator..
After that click on ADD BANK ACCOUNT

put these details:

Bank name: ETRADE Securities
Account Number: (Your acc number)
Routing number: 056073573

PayPal will ask you to put your login details .. and Congratz u're 100% verified PayPal member ..

Most tutorials i found were using that method or a similar one. Thing is many also state that this is very likly to get your pp account flagged once money starts flowing to it. And linking an etrade account is obvious as hell and i guess your running on very thin ice using fake Data to open a bank account. Not a clue if they persue that stuff..
If a had someone in the US i could trust, or who has enough trust in me the PP account wouldnt prove that much of an obstacle.

I guess it would also be possible to use bnet balance, and find someone who flips that to his pp and transfers it for a fee/the same favor.
