How do you use both the US and EU per CDKey

If this is already posted, I apologize, but I couldn't find it.

I've been botting in the US only so far but I'm interested in expanding into EU. I've heard that if you bought a CD key, you can use it in both US and EU. Is that true or do I have to buy another key for EU?

If it's try, I have some questions.

How do I start a EU account and use the key I already have and have been using for EU?
Do I need a EU address and number? If so how are people getting both?
If I RMAH, can I use my US paypal or do I need to create a EU Paypal?

I'm sure I'll have more questions, but this is enough to start. Thank you!

i think this is just right for ru keys

In the login you select the european region input the same account info as you use in US and click login. Done
You can not use the RMAH, you can only use the RMAH in your home region which is US for you.

You could make a fresh account with european account info but you'd need a legit cell# non prepaid in eu to activate RMAH on it, it is possible i guess.

Every diablo 3 account is global... even the RU keys.
