ISBoxer, will it work for me?

I got the trial, and am trying to set up ISBoxer and whatnot, and wondering if it will work for me.

I run 5 copies of the game, and each use an AutoIt script. The script requires the game to run fullscreen windowed, so I've been doing it on 5 VM's. My native desktop resolution is 5990x1200.

Will ISBoxer be able to have 5 versions of the same script running in each instance of the game? Will it matter that the script requires fullscreen windowed, while it looks like ISBoxer will only run 1920x1080 windowed mode on my computer?

Just trying to find some alternatives to running 5 resource hungry virtual machines on my rig.
