Buying an account ... help with logistics please

I am going to be purchasing a D3 account. I was wondering if someone who has bought/sold accounts could give me the rundown of how to properly transfer so I don't get scammed (e.g. pay and then the original owner recoups). Thanks!

If you dont want to risk getting scammed then dont buy accounts... you cant get recall proof accounts :P

Except, it is against eBay's ToS to buy or sell virtual goods, and paypal doesn't cover nontangible transactions for Buyer Protection.

People says that you are only able to run them on RU-client but I don't think so since it's just different language and you can download any other.
From what I recall you are able to switch between EU and US without buying new licence, is that correct? If so, buying this version would be the same as buying US except that "russian client" part. My friend just said that he changed language of it but you need to ask a reseller to be 100% sure. You can always ask Blizzard about it or try bnet forums. Or use google translator with EPIC or ?????? Diablo 3 (RU) and try to write to 'em in English xd

Oh lol, just checked price of that auction. 45 USD lol, when you convert values from those shops you get 30-33 USD I think.

Playerauctions is a good site. They will get you another account if someone takes it back.
