My bots are perfectly fine. I see no bans on the demonbuddy forums. Do you have any information as to possible hacks or other programs your friend could have used?

Definitely only Demonbuddy.
And he started botting late aswell, I have been botting since day 1 myself using DB only.

I think he is making an acc here right now so he can post himself, I just made this thread myself because it woulnd't be very belieavable from a 1rep/1post guy.

I bet it's like they randomly pick people who bot and ban them so everyone thinks they dont want botters - but obviously they want botters because of the rmah no one plays 24/7 one quest and kills one single mob.

Yes it really shouldn't be hard for blizz to detect bots farming same spot 24/7.
They do that in WoW so why wouldn't they be able to do it in D3?

It was me who was banned.

Lost accounts:

2 Barbarians who were not botting at the time
4 Demon hunters who were botting at the time

Accounts not banned:

1 Main account, who was holder for gold. All gold was traded to this account. Was only account in friends list of banned accounts.
1 Fresh bought Demon Hunter, was botting at the time of the ban.

Here are some random facts:
- Only used Demonbuddy
- Single PC
- No friends on botting accs
- Main account + "fresh" acc bought today still intact
- Botting pretty much 24/7 on Sarkoth + leveled few chars with DB
- Didn't sell/buy any gold
- Traded gold to main acc but it wasn't banned
- No ban emails (yet)

All facts are true, only Demonbuddy was used.
DH:s were using AGB 0.3.0, barbarians who werent botting at the time but got banned used some random sarkoth profile with Icool helper, unstucker, notification OK clicker.
Accounts hadn't joined any public games.

I havent heard any other cases of bannings from only Demonbuddy use, so I think I got extremely unlucky with something. Most likely Demonbuddy is still safe.
Banned CD-keys were bought from G2play if it is of any importance.

Did you start botting on the purchased 60 DH account soon after the purchase? I ask because it's possible they noticed an IP discrepancy then immediately after 24/7 activity which is indicative of account theft and usage by farming companies. Now I say "It's possible" in the loosest of senses because I don't think someone actually manually went into your account to check.

All my botting accounts are bought from other users here and I'm still going strong.

Bought 4x 60 DH accounts so far.

At first i was tempted to say this bans were issued due to some changes they applied in detection after 1.3a. Can you confirm that you had some accounts banned that werent active since 1.3a came online? Or all the bot ran atleast for some period of time after 1.3a ?

Newest accounts were bought 4 days ago, older accounts have been active pretty much 24/7.

All characters banned were levelled 1-60 by bot, might be that I hit some blizz outlier detection by having 2 4-day old DH:s in inferno without blackmiths farming sarkoth 24/7 and they connected the rest somehow.

Just mentioning that common sense should be used even with "safe" bot.

stopped all my bots for now... they not banninb in waves it seems but at this moment 3 people claim they have been banned for botting DB

I don't think that DB is the reason. You have used one PC only with one IP? No Proxy/VPN Connection? Themselves to blame.

I was just banned for memory editing or ah botting. I can't be certain which.
