    Question about builds!!

    So a couple of days ago I bought this game, I found out about power leveling, so I managed to level up my barb to 41 by doing nothing but bounties (it the only thing I knew about) so then I power leveled him to 70 and the person helping me was too kind to the point I leveled up to 489 paragon level (still have no idea what they do) got lots of gear and so far I've equipped the strongest gear I've gotten but this person told me to choose a build since it'll be my best bet at doing some damage on GR.
