Chain-Farming Malthael 2.0

That method was fixed

Now i saw a german video where the new version of that exploit is explained

It's easy:
1. You need 1 friend
2. You need 1 character with the 'kill malthael' quest up in story mode
3. Start the game with that character
4. Invite a friend
5. Use your portal to get to the room right before Malthael
6. Let the friend port to you
7. Make your friend the party leader
8. Leave game and party, your friend will get kicked out too, but now he has the waypoint too
9. Switch to your farming character and rejoin the party
10. Let your friend open game and kill Malthael together
11. Start over again

After setting up the whole thing can you just re-make the game and kill him all the time? Or you have to trought every 11 steps every time?

You have to do all 8 steps again (1+2 and 11 are no real steps ^^)
It's rly fast if you did it a few times, takes ~20 sec for preparation (I have long loading screens)

Character 1 = this is the checkpoint provider, have checkpoint always and never kills malthael
Character 2 = used to kill malthael with friend
Friend = he get the checkpoint from Character 1 and kill malthael with Character 2

Character 1 give the checkpoint to friend while he keeps checkpoint forever, then when your friend has the checkpoint, your Character 2 and friend kill malthael, you switch back to Character 1 and give him the checkpoint again etc?

If it is this way, it seems very easy and fast to do

As far as I know this is the fastest way to repeatedly kill Mathael, this will mainly be used to farm reaper items which are used to make the bracers he drops.

If you can find a faster way to repeatedly kill Mathael feel free to share

i did this 1h now with 1 friend on t1 and i got 8 materials
1 run takes ~2m30-2m45 and the chance is 31%
so all ~8m 1 material + many yellows, blues and i got 1 legendary so far
