    Sort of, but it still results in quite a loss. The patch pretty much just made it so Witch Doctors don't blow anymore, and pets in general can live longer. I could easily out-dps the best geared DH in the world if he was using a pet build with sharpshooter over something else. The only upside to this is the same upside to all the other classes. You can now kill stuff a little quicker (slower overall) on higher torments without having to do anything.
