Confirmed still working on EU post 2.0.4.

However, certain actions like teleporting to westmarch, fighting the urzael boss and such will (randomly?) cancel it and requires you to do it all over again... That's new to me. For me personally it's too bothersome to 'charge it up' all the time..

The "randomness" you're talking about is not being caused by teleporting or fighting a boss etc. It's because you stay on full Fury for too long.
I've done it several times: if you let your fury up to the max for too long, and you use Avalanche, you will use charges without getting them back up instantly.

Since i'm aware of that, i've been able to play 3-4 rifts non-stop without getting the bug up again. So when you are in town, or walking somewhere for a long time without monsters: spam Sprint a couple of times.

Wait untill you have 3 charges on Avalanche before you start spending any Fury.

6) doing again step 3-4 but without getting instant charge

Currently doing it so it's working for me
I use whirldwind and getting back a charge every 0.5 sec

Works well, I even leveled from 67 to 70 using it so no you do not need to be 70.
Also I try to count the used rage but I sometimes fail so I usually count to 750 and spend about 200 more so I can be sure it will work.
Another think worth mentioning is that you could get some physical damage increase gear or/and gear with avalanche damage to make a maximum use of the exploit.

If you use some fury in order to get the initial 3 stacks of avalanche, you sometimes need to spend a larger amount of fury to get this to work.
I don't know if the fury spent will reset at a certain amount (ie 1500), but that would explain a few issues I've run into.

When I test avalanche and it fails, I don't drop all stacks before trying again. I wait for the third stack and then spend the 751 fury again which ends up working usually.
I've also noticed that exact amounts (751) are more preferable since it modifies the amount of fury needed to reset the third stack. I find this helpful when using whirlwind. Another note: holding down whirlwind is very iffy for regaining the third stack constantly. I've only had consistent luck with staggering whirlwind to use the initial fury spent by the skill to reset the avalanche stack.

doesnt seem to be working too great, it seems to **** up automatically after a period of time(i was very careful and i still lost it once every rift)

anyone having the same problem?
