    Alternative to Mira (The Road To Alcarnus) (~17,969,196 XP every ~1.5 minutes.)

    Go to Act 2, Road to Alcarnus. Torment 6.

    Teleport to Khasim Outpost. Accept the quest, go down to the cellar with all the hostages that are caged up.

    Kill all the enemies, rescue the hostages, go outside the cellar, kill all the enemies there. Turn in quest.

    Rinse and repeat.

    Run this with a full party, I'm getting 17,969,196 XP every ~1.5 minutes.
