Quick exp with no gear requirement

Go to Act II, select the quest Scourging of Caldeum and pick Torment VI.

There is a bonus part of the quest to rescue the townspeople. Each one you rescue gives 476k experience and you can rescue about 25 in under a minute. The good part about this is you can powerlevel people easily because they can just sit in town and still get experience.

For some reason, if you rescue all of them the quest seems to end so make sure you leave 1-2 behind. Also I might try to make a script for this, since it seems so repetitive. The meteors are random but the townspeople are always in the same places.

Absolutely amazing, went from 4 characters at 60 to 10 at 60 today in some hours. Boosted a shitton of friends' characters while doing it as well.

Just got fixed. Still was fun to level 6 chars to lv60.

Looks like pretty much all of these exploits have been fixed for low level characters, it was mostly any quests with bonus objectives that seemed to be giving stupid XP. Refugees, killing the 3 queens at the start, etc.
