New puzzle ring exploit

its an exception that in act1/2 monsters cant drop ilvl63 set/legendary regardless of the ilvl of the base item dropped.

Provide Proof of this please. find the post stating, straight out, that Mlvl61 Goblins can not drop iLvL 63 set/legedaries. because i (and others) believe you are talking out of your rectum here.

This is the first indication from the 1.0.4 Patchnotes Patch 1.0.4 Now Live - Diablo III

All item level 61 set pieces have been increased to item level 63 (excluding rings and amulets), and had their base item changed from late hell/early inferno to late inferno.

This does not really say it does not drop in Act1/2 but by definition Late inferno probably means Act3+

I cannot find any blue post regarding this, there are many people asking for it, but no answers. In all bot forums theres at least 1 topic for this and almost 100% of people claiming they never found it in Act1/2. Personally i botted A LOT of act 2 with A LOT of barbs and i NEVER found 1 single 63 set/legendary.

In Act3 i get dozens of those a day.

I cannot 100% confirm it cannot drop, some people are reporting it but who knows if theyre trolls or not.


But 1 thing is for sure. If there is a chance its astronomicly low. Theres no possibility it has something to do with the normal loot tables because because then Act3 would drop only double the amount of ilvl63 set/legendary then act2 which is definetly not the case.

Im almost 100% sure it does not happen and people who claim they do are trolls. And i can 100% confirm that the loot tables for set/legendary are different then the ones for rares. Thats just common sense.

Im member on all major botting forums and combined with my personal experience i havent seen a single reputated member reporting such a drop.
