I found the same area in Halls of agony lvl 2 also. I am not sure if he will spawn there too.

I use sentry and companion(wolf) and the Scoundrel. That works quite well.

I use rend on barb. I've done this for like an hour or two straight looking for him and failing attempts to have him respawn. Max I've gotten him to respawn was 3 times. Everytime I had 5 NV, altogether my MF was 303% and nothing great. It might've been a lot better if I could respawn him constantly, and eventually get something good.

+ Rape. Tested. Works. Inconsistent. Low Spawn Rate. Cost vs. Benefit isn't worth it. Might as well farm champions. 300%MF no good loot. Thanks.

Just want to let people know that the map posted is not the correct one. To do this correctly you should run all the way to "The Butcher"'s portal. Leave the game and you will have that Checkpoint at the end of the dungeon.

To give you an idea of the distance you need to travel to see if it is the correct map you should be able to spawn, run for a second, and hit leap. At the top of the map will be the bottom right corner of the above posted "Rectangular Room". It's really close to the end of the dungeon.

Just wanted to clear up some confusion as Kastro posted the incorrect map, but the correct room. It moves around but only has the mob at the position right at the end of Halls of Agony level 3.

Hope this clears up some confusion and helps someone.

Yes that is what I was talking about and found my spawns there when I tested. Maybe there is more than one but it doesn't always spawn there kid. We could both be right but I didn't bother to look at any of the other room spawns. That is just the EASIEST to find because it's right there.

For sake of speed, I'm still correct. Just wanted to clear that up because you are mistaken.

just want to clarify that the pattern of the room can be found 2 even 3 times in a single map. If you find the room and the chest isnt there keep looking. There might be the same room just a few steps away


if you want to save some time the room seems to always spawn at the top of the map(like the picture shows), so dont bother with the bottom rooms

After some testing i found out that the faster you kill Garrach the better the loot. I tried to dps him until he gets to 20% health then let my pets kill him and i managed to get at least 1 rare per kill, sometimes 2 rares, but i had 360 MF at that time. For now he is the fastest rare item factory for me since he can give me 1 rare per 7-10 seconds. Ill try and upload a video with fast kills so you can compare the loots.
