After your Lowbie Cashes in
Have the Highbie invite him to the party, you get an Insta Exit, and you get an insta Game join No delays !!

This is because the 60/ at the main menu is already cooling down whilist you are cashing in BOOOOOOOOOOO ya

No there is no way to log multiple toons on same account


also:
There is several different ways posted on this forum on how to run multiple windows. Use the search function.
Here is one that is posted thats probably the fastest/easiest

1. Open diablo III install location (Windows 7: C:/Program Files/Diablo III)
2. Right click .agent.db -> Open with...
3. Select program from list, select Notepad
4. Locate:
"supports_multibox" : false,
5. Change to:
"supports_multibox" : true,
6. Save file
7. Go to C:/ProgramData/Battle.net
8. Delete the folder titled "Agent"
