Nether tentacles + marked for death (mortal enemy)

Have not seen this here before but iam not sure if its not too good for normal share. Well the point is MfD with mortal enemy rune gives you 3 hatred per each hit you do to marked enemy and since nether tentacles can hit fat enemies more than once ( they can hit stacionar bosses even 3x ) they return 6 - 9 hatred so the skill coast nearly no hatred at all.
I managed to get belial inferno phase 3 down only with nether tentacles.
best used if you have some tank or tyrael who can make enemy stuck.

PS: dont tell me its just clever use of mechanics since i realy dont thinkblizzard intented to make nether tentacle coast no nearly no hatred at all for any bossfight

I'd say that its not an exploit and that the combo is working as intended, however I dont think they want Nether Tentacles to hit two-three times, so I consider it an exploit.

2.This is working as intended. Blizzard has known about the issues since a day after release, and NEVER hotfixed it. You can also get insane regen with
marked for death

+ bat companion

+hatred regen chest
(1)
/ and 2 1 handers.

= 9 on top of passive ones.

yeah sure you can stack hatred regen but at coast of another stats but this will simply do all the job for you and the 12% bonus damage compensate the loss of another skill so you have to use mark

ye it might be obvious but this is exploiting mechanics of MfD since i realy dont think blizzard intented it to proc more than once per each skill
