Iskatu - Rakanoth FAST run (Archon form whole way) Wizards

This isn't a repost as far as I know. But it does make for quick runs from Iskatu all the way to Rakanoth while staying in Archon form the entire way to him then of course killing him in Archon form.

Ok setup I use:

Archon - Teleport rune
Hydra - Venom Hydra
Energy Armor - pinpoint barrier
Magic Weapon - Force weapon

Right and left click can be anything since you prolly won't use them much.

now the explination is quite simple Select the quest Fall of the High Heavens and enter the iskatu encounter I run to the right and lay a hydra to where it will be behind me, then I hit archon form and face the center of the room. Begin blasting away as many Shadow spawns as you can before iskatu spawns. Your DPS needs to be decent so that you can nuke Iskatu to half to make him TP back to mid before he hits you to much. When he teleports clear all the Shadow spawn that you see. then finish iskatu.

Now quickly move through to the next area (using teleport every CD) and start killing everything. Your archon form time will decrease slowly since you have killed over 100 creatures you will have lots of time on it to clear the next area. Teleport every chance you get and just continue to waste every mob you see on the way to the library of fate. Depending on mob generation you might run out of archon form JUST before the library but due to being in archon form for over 2 minutes you can pop it again and just kill Rakanoth.

this works cause of how Archon reads currently. When killing an enemy in archon form you gain 1 second to the duration. It starts at 15 seconds but does not cap at 15 seconds. The more monsters you kill the longer you can draw the duration out for. So if you want to teleport away from iskatu a bit to kill more spawn for more time you can. Just watch your health.

Hope this helps. I have been clearing these 2 bosses in very fast times looting and restarting. My friend is using it to level also. he gains 3-4 bars per run and he's in his 40s.

Update:

I found a few decent blues and 3-4 yellows that were ok while doing this. 1 legendary that was crap (go figure).
Not the BEST farming spot but it is quick and I netted about 2-3mil selling my stuff.

Leveling:
My friend took his wizard from 40-51 here in under 2 hours. He was very pleased with the speed in which he gained XP and grinded it for quite awhile here. I see this as being good for wizard only as being able to sustain archon all the way through makes it insanely fast. Not sure any other class could do it as fast.

You would probably want to make clear that this is not usable in Inferno, people will get quite confused. If you're puting this as a leveling guide you should move it to guides.

1. Iskatu requires exactly 34k dps
2. all mobs after him are dead after a maximum of 5 seconds
3. rakanoth cant do shit if u use blink archon

I farmed Inferno Istaku with no deaths for 2 days straight with 35k dps and Arcane Dynamo...Only had 28.xK health at the time also...Uninformed first post sir

Also without the Teleport Rune for Archon.
Iam using, Improved Archon Rune.
At 50k Dps he goes down before he can arrive you

thats totally , just let me think about it, wayne ? cause can use your normal teleport with wormhole to go there and if u there CD is rdy.
Just use your skills u have and dont be on 1 Build... and ganna cry like it wont work without this and this...

or use the waypoint xd

You must not have seen the vid of a 120k DPS Archon Wiz owning everything in sight in act 3-4 Inferno. Killing Elite Packs in 5-8 seconds.

ure still in archon form on the way .. the point is killing iskatu in archon form makes it last for like 3 minutes so u have the time to get to rakkanoth while STILL in archon form .. its not that u cant kill him otherwise (rakkanoth) the point is with that build u kill both in 2 minutes .. and thats all

i saw the vid and im sure he has a lot of hp cuz u cant take one hit of elite from range even in archon and he take a lot of hit

im not talking about the dps u need to do iskatu ... im telling u cant do what op say unless u r full stuff !
and btw i am ok no need to taunt me about how to learn to play or else .. .i down diablo inferno and im actually farming all shit without pb ...

Its just rakanoth and mob of acte 4 cant goes down this quickly before they hit u cuz they move faster than u and u cant down rakanoth just with archon simply in blasting him ...
or maybe show me a video of your "trick"
