@Ragnababy In which mode are you farming? Normal? NM? Hell? How long does 1 run take and how much xp do you get

@All, though i think most of you already know: you can farm Leorics Shinbone if you still need the staff for ponylvl

Farming Act 3 is better anyway.

I heard act 3, quest 1 exploit was nerfed to where the meteor does less damage and doesn't one shot the mobs.

What exact quest should I choose? Also, is this process only limited to t he mobs in the stairs and not proceed to the room at the end/back to finish the quest? I'm confused, please help.

Act 1 - Quest 9 "The Imprisoned Angel"

Head to Waypoint for Leoric's Manor. Also be sure to check the fireplace for shinbone if you are making the staff of herding. Repost of a repost, but still helpful for people

done a 10 x run to get some stats to see if worth it

clearing courtyard + bottom of stairs, check rooms to side

with bonuses
+230.4xp per kill (no xp on weapon)
+19% bonus xp (ruby in helm)
+11% movespeed
(all cost me 30k total on ah with some wanted stats)


started with 720 xp @ lvl 39, (just dinged)

run took 15:30, minus the 30 for writing down quickly, so 15min

so the maths

241866-720 = 241146
241146 x 4 (15min to hour) = 964,584 xp Per Hour
Average = 24,114 xp @ 1.5min per run

seems reasonable for such a easy run, i did find some xp shrines before i started recording so there is the chance for another 25% xp bonus

I've never even heard of farming Maghda. Which I would say is bad as anything remotely useful gets reposted like crazy.
