This is copy/paste from reddit/diablo3 so all creds for him. [Monk] How to 2 shot act 4 inferno bosses : Diablo3Strategy

Step 1 Equip Mantra of Retribution [Retaliate], Exploding Palm [impending doom], and Serenity [Instant Karma]
Step 2 Have an invincible NPC helper
Step 3 Find a champion pack
Step 4 Activate Serenity
Step 5 Tag the pack with Exploding Palm
Step 6 Activate Mantra of Retribution
Step 7 Die
Step 8 ????
Step 9 Resurrect and pick up your loot

He means that any work. Leah, Random Event NPCs etc, i assume tyrael aswell, just that its not based on his damage..

etc etc, just let your imagination do the work for you.
Aslong as its an invunerable companion it works.

i've tried it with secret level leah, but the mobs are not going down?
i cast serenity make palm attack and activate my mantra but nothing happens?

It is not an Instant kill exploit or anything, its just insane dmg.

Elite mobs hit for ~300k (average) unresisted. There is 3 seconds of a 50% reflection rate from Serenity followed by a 120% damage reflection from Mantra's activation.

After you die your companion receives the 120% damage reflection aura until the 3 second activation buff wears off.

At 1 attack per second (varies depending on mob obviously) you deal 1.6 million damage. Does this one shot champions? Well, no, but I challenge you to find a higher damage output for ~15 seconds of work, especially with entry level gear.
