Not really an exploit though it could help in clearing to bosses faster. On things that have CD's of 30 seconds or greater you can reset them rather quickly. This is prolly best done in public games w/ friends or do like I do. When MF farming inferno in act 4.

Pop your CDs and once my highest CD is down (Cheat death 90 seconds) then simply

Leave game (10 seconds)
Resume game
All CDs ready for another go at Leah ghost or Jar farming in act 4 inferno.

Meh, it is kind of exploit-ish. But with monk it can get broken, Serenity, Cheat death, etc all off CD in 10seconds. I am finding it useful for fast MF runs where I don't die in full MF gear. *shrugs*

my farming route with this is as follows:

Act 4:

Tier1 waypoint, with MF gear smash pots and grab chests using this method:

The resetting CD makes it easy to farm both without dieing even if mobs spawn in tier 1. I can still make it to tier 2 clear it and only have to die one time. Getting lots of blues and some rares. Whole run take about 2min. Using fleet footed and have 12% Move speed boots that also have 10% Magic find. Making decent gold this way.

I'm not farming with NV? I am just farming with Gear MF. Found a couple 1k 1 handers, and a decent legendary spear 1 hander with 700 DPS and tons of affects on it.

Not to mention a few other blues and decent yellows

You're over thinking this. It's a minor exploit. A clever use of the game mechanics to get a slight edge. It's no more an exploit then finding a respledent chest location and farming it. rather it's just about as minor as that. or the cauldron to farm infinite free pots.

all are just clever uses of how the game works. intended or not. Stop getting excited bro.
