Free Mythical Healing Potions(Inferno Mode)

Run a Public Game at Inferno Mode Act 1, Legacy of Cain quest. Clear Adria's hut but don't Teleport out after the group downs Doltyn. Instead exit the game from there, yes 10 second exit timer and all. After that click resume game, you should spawn in a new game inside the hut with the Cauldron at the center of the room up and fresh. Click it for a Potion, Telelport to Town, exit game, then click Resume Game. Same thing will occur. Rinse and repeat!

True, although they've hardly dropped anything worthwhile it's still a good idea to keep an eye out for them.
