gain extra xp with quests requires friend

so i was doing the act 2 part 8 from a post in another section with my buddy which is this one

I recently started using my own way of using a quest to farm quick experience and decent drops in act 2.

Go to act 2 , part 8 and then click on the black soulstone (confront zoltun kulle).

Run into the portal, kill him + adds. Collect 37k quest exp+ drops and xp from mobs = around 40k every 2 minutes or so. THis is for Nightmare values

and after i killed him my buddy left before i took the soulstone and resumed game which put him in his own game and i handed my quest in, went in his game and handed the same quest in again and gained an extra 36k xp.

edit: and if you do it with 4 people 3 of them can leave and make a seperate game and 1 person can gain 4 times the xp from the quest handin

edit: incase you cant count 36+36+36+36=144000 in 5 mins

So, if I read this right;

group up
Kill Zultan Kulle
Leave group
make single player room on same quest, resuming progress from previous group
turn quest in
huge exp?

A and B join a game
kill kulle
B leaves the game and resumes which will put B in a game by themself
A hands quest in after B leaves
A joins B's game and hands the quest in again
