MPQStorage failed initialization! I have moved files!

Hello! I'm new to the forum and I am looking for some help, and I'm at the point of ripping my hair out of pure frustration.

I keep getting the error message:

I HAVE followed the tutorial EXACTLY!

I've done everything the tutorial says to, including:

-Moving the MPQs to the Assets/MPQ folder. I have made SURE that the files are in the correct location!

[IMG is removed because there's too many links in this post >_>]

My first thought was to set them to run as administrator (no change)

My second thought was that maybe it is an out-of-date version, due to it being designed for the beta, but I think I have the latest version.

    Other notes:

    - I don't even get to the login screen

    - I used SKIDROW pack (I believe) of D3.

    - Win vista 32 bit.

    - No anti-virus programs or firewalls could interfere.

    - Edited the hosts file by adding home address for US server (127.0.1 for (forgot lol) )

At this point, I have no idea what to do and need help T__T

    Thanks in advance!

    EDIT: Potential *facepalm*

Moving it out of the v4 directory!

    Edit2: Didn't work T___T

    Edit3:

As you can see, it's located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mooege\Diablo III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs"

But I just had a thought: Maybe it needs to be in the ROOT C: directory? Not program files? (Wierd)

    I'll try now.

    Edit4?:

    It's working!

Don't know if it will maintain its complaint state, but THANK YOU!

    ANOTHER edit:

Sigh. The Mooege isn't spitting out errors, but DIABLO III.exe isn't working. It just sits there forever.

I have the -launch -auroraaddress localhost:1345 on the exe shortcut, but that still isn't working.

    What the hell?

I can't check it right this second, but I am positive that is the location I had it in. Like I said, I had thought that was the problem, so I checked the location. I'm sure it is where it is supposed to be. Are there any other possibilities for the error, besides misplaced MPQ files?

Although I can't check it right now, I will be sure to re-check the location to make sure it matches what you said.

    Thanks for the reply.

Edit: I will be able to check it, in, say 4 or 5 hours' time to make sure. I'll post a SS to make sure I have the right directory. I hope it is an ID 10T error, and not something to do with Bnet fixing it >_>
