Hi, message me @ skype and we will offer you a refund for the slow speed - Unfortunately you had no torment unlocked which slowed it massively down, also the route we was doing got nerfed, which is now why it takes a bit longer.

Still we guarantee 5-8 hours for a 1-70 (assuming you have unlocked the ability to do torment)

I know what you mean, I ordered 3 chars 60-70, it still says 1-2 hours per character on their original post. It's very hard to get a hold of them. Even if you just want a quick update on schedule or levels, etc. I have never had this problem with any other leveling service for D3 or any other game(I work a lot and enjoy endgame more than leveling).

They offered to get me an extra 4 Billion xp as compensation but it's the same, two and a half hours later and not one bit of xp earned nor any communication.

The only good thing is they did actually complete the 60-70 order but it took them over 3 times the actual quote on their original post in this thread and at the time I paid they told me they would have two done in 6 hours instead of the 1-2 hours per character, but that didn't happen either. They also told me it would be 8 Euro per character instead of $8, which is a big difference. At the time it was about $11 per character instead of the $8 there page still says.

{EDIT} They gave me a refund for a good chunk of it, wasn't needed since the original work was completed but I appreciate it.

Desperately sorry about the poor communication, things have been in place to stop this from now

I purchased 20 bil exp last time and its went very smooth, they even give some bil extra exp... Now, i purchased 40 bil, my char up 7 bil in first day but after maintenance yesterday it just stop. Try to contact them but no response... Guess, just waiting for them to reply.

I purchased the 10billion paragon exp, and having trouble with communication with their team. Their replies are EXTREMELY slow, and i'm beginning to think they forgot about me, or ignoring me AFTER I PAID. I will edit this post IF they reply sometime today... hoping in the next couple seconds they would say something..
