Specific Merchant stored in memory?

Does someone knows if its possible to check if a specific merchant is in the current game or nearby?

I've been searching for Dane Bright for quite some long time, havent had any luck until now and want to search for him a bit quicker.

If this information is stored in memory how far would the radius be?
do i need to be in the specific area where he's supposed to spawn or do i even have to uncover the whole map?

Are there any tools out there which would mark his position on the minimap ingame (since he does not show up with a classic merchant icon)?

Its possible to do by scanning RActors but if you don't know coding its going to be annoying for you.
