Looking to hire someone to develop an in-game character appearance morpher

What I need is a third party program similar to Evermorph or AInjector for World of Warcraft, but for Diablo III instead. I need the program to be able to use in game written commands to change the AnimSet SNO and Appearance SNO of the player character.

MPQEditor... it edits MPQs. WHich would have the data for your items in it
