Looking for Diablo 3 chat spam bot.

Hello everyone, long time lurker first time poster here, i am looking for a programmer that can make me some application that will spam diablo 3 general and other chat rooms
with some msg that i can input every time. I don't know much about programming but i would like to know is it possible to do something like this ? Also, as far as i know
there are multiple general chat rooms and max people in one are 99, how would you change from one general chat to another ?
