    Many thanks for all the nice words and feedback from you guys (and girls? :P). I think this bot made it to something big.

    *EDIT* To anyone else using this script for patch 1.04, I think most if not all of you need to replace your portal.png with the same picture I have provided because the icon itself was changed within the game to be slimmer. Blizzard did that to make room for an extra button on the bottom.

    Requirements


    Setting up Diablo III
    1. If you want to use the relog function make sure you have ticked 'Remember Account Name'
    2. Make sure your resolution is set to '1920x1080'
    3. Set the display mode to 'Windowed (Fullscreen)'
    4. Make sure you have default keybindings for: 1, 2, 3, 4, alt, t, space, esc, c, shift
    5. Bind your 'middle mouse button' to 'Move'
    6. Set under 'Gameplay' (Ingame) the setting for 'Item Label Display' to 'Push to show for 10 seconds'
    7. Make also sure your have enabled 'Display Monster Health Bars'
    8. Optional: Set all graphic settings to very low
    9. Set your skillset to this: Witch Doctor - Game Guide - Diablo III
    10. Start Act 1, Quest 6 - Talk to Alaric
    11. Don't forget your follower (And give him some items with Gold/Magicfind)
    12. Teleport to 'The Old Ruins'
    13. Run to the west until you reach the checkpoint
    14. Leave the game


    MAKE SURE THAT YOU DON'T HAVE ANY IDENTIFIED SET, LEGENDARY OR RARE ITEMS IN YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU START THE BOT


    My config (Found in 'C:\Users\*USERNAME*\Documents\Diablo III')
    • D3Prefs.txt - These should be the lowest possible settings to run this bot


    Setting up the Bot
    1. Download and install AutoIt
    2. Download required files[1.4b]
    3. Copy the 'System32' folder into your 'Windows' folder - overwrite anything
      (Alternative: Copy all 4 *.dll files into the same folder where the script is)
    4. Copy the 'required files' folder where you want - but remember the path
    5. Download the latest script from PasteBin [1.4b] and change the *.txt to *.au3


    Configure the Bot
    1. Right-click on the scriptfile and choose 'Edit'
    2. Read the green highlighted config area and adjust the settings to your wishes
    3. Make sure you set the correct path to your required files folder ($ReqFiles) (don't forget the backslash at the end)


    Run the Bot
    1. 32bit users: Double click the script or better right-click 'Compile Script' and then right-click 'Run as administrator'
    2. 64bit users: Right-click on the script and choose 'Run script (x64)' or better 'Compile Script (x64)' and then right-click 'Run as administrator'
      (For safer use: Change the name of the compiled script to something like 'paint.exe')
      (Note: To get the gold counter working it is needed to run the script as administrator)
    3. Open Diablo III and get to the character screen


    Bot controls
    • 'Pause' key to start/pause the bot
    • 'End' key to terminate the bot
    • 'Insert' key to show/hide the log overlay


    NOTE: If you have started Diablo III for the first time today it takes one or two runs to load all files. That will make the runs lag and screws the bot. Watch him a few runs and when there is no loading lag anymore look if you need to change the values of '$ComputerLag', '$MoveDelay', '$LootDelay' '$SellDelay', '$SalvageDelay' or "$MemReadDelay'.

    $ComputerLag - Increases time before and after casting a spell, entering the portal, etc
    $MoveDelay - Increases time between movements
    $LootDelay - Increases time between looting
    $SellDelay - Increases time between selling
    $SalvageDelay - Increases time between salvaging
    $MemReadDelay - Increases time before scanning for open cellar


    My stats
    • +26 yards gold pickup radius
    • +344% gold find
    • +173% magic find
    • 23k dps

    (Times stopped from start running of run A to start running of run B, includes loading screens)

    Normal Windows

    Without memory reading
    cellar closed: 17 seconds
    cellar open: 34 seconds
    gold per hour: 400k - 500k

    With memory reading
    cellar closed: 15 seconds
    cellar open: 34 seconds
    gold per hour: 450k - 550k

    VMware Windows

    Without memory reading
    cellar closed: 21 seconds
    cellar open: 38 seconds
    gold per hour: 300k - 350k

    With memory reading
    cellar closed: 18 seconds

    F.A.Q.
    Q: Bot stucks at 'Waiting to get into the game lobby... (TimeOut 25s)'?
    A: I figured out that the setting 'HardwareClass' in the 'D3Prefs.txt' file has to be atleast '3' - Change this value or use my 'D3Prefs.txt'

    Q: The gold counter dosen't work?
    A: Make sure you run the script with 'Run as Administrator'. However the gold counter is a bit buggy - something I can't fix

    Q: I'm scared now that the bot reads the memory. How safe is this?
    A: In my opinion reading the memory isn't much more dangerous than normal AutoIt botting, but ofcourse it is one action more that can be detected by warden. If you don't want to use memory reading then just don't turn it on. As long as $UseMemRead = False the bot won't even have a look at the memory.

    So far this script is my favorite. However here are my Pros and Cons:

    Pros:
    Great accuracy for Vendor, Cellar Door, and Stash
    Always loots gems

    Con:
    Poor accuracy shooting Sarkoth....Sometimes Sarkoth runs around and my WD will just shoot darts in random directions. This results in Sarkoth dieing outside the room. Sometimes even staying alive. Do you think that maybe the Giant makes him run around a lot?

    I have been running your script for about 4 hours. So far here are the results:
    Runs:203
    Closed:108
    Disconnects:0
    Legendaries:1
    Sets:0
    Rares:2
    Magic:58
    Tomes:0 (Says 0 but it has been looting them)
    Gems:30
    Sold:50

    edit: So i changed the Gargantuan out for zombie wall. Now Sarkoth doesnt run around... Still have a little issue with the accuracy though. After everything is dead my WD still shoots about 5-6 times.

    Mhh I have no idea why he is shooting so often after Sarkoth has died. Sometimes he shoots one or two times after he died for me, but i cant reproduce 5-6 times?

    And also 200 runs in 4 hours seems a bit slow for me. How may DPS are you running and did you increase the $ComputerLag much?

    Does not revive when dead outside of the cellar at least. Sometimes does not use all the skills and not allways kills all the mobs. Great gem and vendor accuracy.

    Is it possible to slow down a bit the selling process?
    I'd also love to have the possibility to export a .txt with the logged stats in a chosen folder so that I can check the status of the bot without the necessity to login from remote. Is that possible?

    Sounds like you should increase the $ComputerLag variable a bit. Networklag can also screw the current run, a little lagspike is enough for this. Reviving outside the cellar can take more than 15 seconds. Did you let it try so long?

    For the selling go to line 715 and increase Sleep(250)
    I took out the export to *.txt function but i will include it next for you.

    Try to increase $ComputerLag or the 200 in line 395 (Sleep(200 + $Computerlag)) by 50 - 150. Maybe your right-click will work then

    I think I saw you posting in the thread from Avatar as well, is this based on his code? If so I can't wait for the imagesearch to work for 800x600 as well.

    Yes I learned much from avatars script. First time that I'm working with AutoIt. Helped me alot.

    I will try to implement 800x600 tonight.

    well man, you're awesome, the .txt stats is just what i wanted and needed!
    Can you enlist the others tweaks and changes in a sortof changelogs once in a while? =) that would be good to appreciate every part of your creation!
    And another thing... Is it true that making the script randomable would reduce the chance of getting caught? If so, i'm sure you're already working on it, right?
